This policy applies to the Pandoku mobile game for iOS and Android, including the Android package and iOS bundle identifier com.deepak.Pandoku. “Pandoku,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the developer identified on Pandoku’s Apple App Store or Google Play listing.

What is processed
Gameplay and settings on your device
Pandoku stores completed-puzzle progress, accumulated scores, sound preferences, and whether Remove Ads is active. This is used to continue your game and remember your choices, not to create a public profile.
Firebase Analytics
If you allow optional analytics, we use Firebase Analytics to understand and improve the game. This can include app interactions such as starting or completing a puzzle, using a game feature, basic device or app information, and identifiers associated with the app installation or device.
Firebase Crashlytics
If you allow optional diagnostics, Crashlytics helps diagnose crashes and stability problems. Reports may include the app version, device model, operating-system version, crash traces, session information, and an installation identifier.
Google AdMob
Pandoku uses AdMob for rewarded advertisements. Before requesting ads, the app checks Google’s consent information and presents Google’s privacy message where required. Google and advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and performance data to deliver, measure, protect, and—where permitted—personalize ads.
Purchases through Apple or Google Play
If you buy Remove Ads, Apple or Google processes your payment. Pandoku receives purchase status and transaction or receipt information needed to unlock and restore it. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
This privacy website
This page is delivered through Firebase Hosting. Firebase may process technical request information such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site. This page does not add analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers for the purposes above, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple, and Google Play. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect users and the public.
Your control
Your privacy choices
- Analytics and diagnostics: On first launch, you can allow or decline optional Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection. You can change this later from Privacy Choices in the game’s Help panel.
- Ads: Pandoku presents Google’s consent form where required and provides access to Google’s ad privacy options when applicable. You can also use the Remove Ads purchase and manage advertising controls in your device settings.
- Local information: Clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app to remove local progress and preferences. Reinstalling may restore a qualifying purchase through Apple or Google Play.
- Privacy requests: You may make an applicable access, correction, deletion, or objection request using the contact method below. We may need enough information to verify and process it.
Retention
How long information is kept
Local game information remains on your device until it is cleared or the app is removed. Service providers retain information under their own policies and settings. Google states that Crashlytics crash traces and associated identifiers are retained for 90 days before removal begins. Apple or Google may retain purchase records for transactions, restoration, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Children and parents
Pandoku is a family-friendly puzzle game. It does not require an account or ask players to enter a name, email address, or other profile information. Advertising and analytics services may still process the limited technical information described here. A parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s privacy can contact us using the method below.

Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their legal safeguards and privacy terms.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Pandoku, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when an update is published. Material changes may also be highlighted in the app or store listing.
